I listen carefully to really hear the meaning in your stories so that together we can find the most effective paths for your personal goals.  

My intent is to provide a warm, genuine and collaborative approach that clients find comfortable. Using integrative methods, I help individuals and families work through challenges in an accepting and unbiased environment.Together, we can address personal growth or specific concerns, whether it be for yourself as an individual, for your adolescent child or for the entire family system.

I am trained in mindfulness, hypnotherapy, art therapy, body focused therapy, play therapy, family therapy, filial therapy and parent coaching. I earned a Masters of Science degree and an Education Specialist degree in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia (LPC 006771).
