she / her

I have over 20 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, providing a safe and  supportive space to navigate life’s challenges. Therapy is an opportunity for growth, self-discovery, and  healing, and I am passionate about helping individuals and families work through painful experiences,  relationship struggles, parenting challenges, and self-doubt.

As a Registered Play Therapist, Certified Anger Management Specialist, and Trauma Specialist, I bring a  wealth of experience in behavior management, ADHD, anger regulation, depression, self-esteem  building, behavior issues at school, autism support, and improving family dynamics through structural  family therapy. My approach integrates evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy  (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address  emotional and mental health concerns.  I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia (LPC 011305).

I have a background working with the court system to achieve positive outcomes for individuals and families which included completing domestic violence assessments, trauma assessment, substance abuse assessment, parenting evaluations. I was a DFCS provider for almost 10 years. I have worked in several therapeutic settings including an intensive outpatient program, in-home individual and family therapy, and outpatient community mental health settings.

I believe in a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where  clients feel heard and supported. My goal is to help individuals overcome barriers, develop emotional  resilience, and reach their full potential. Whether you're seeking therapy for yourself or your family, I am  here to guide you through life’s transitions with care and expertise. I look forward to supporting your journey.

In my time away from work, I love good food, the outdoors, and traveling with my husband and two children.
