Virtual Sessions Only

In this day and age, it’s not as easy to switch off the stress response and to remain calm and balanced.  I help clients deal with various stressors that inevitably arise as we move through our lives, utilizing the latest in neuroscience, to adjust the nervous system.  By learning and practicing ways to identify sources of stress, and how our body and mind might express those, we are able to create more meaningful changes.

Born in the US, raised in Japan, I enjoy bridging or exploring the East & West, the traditional & modern, the past, current and future, entry & exit points of life, the Yin and the Yang, the cycle and balance, and so on.  I am a trauma sensitive, Polyvagal informed, death positive, birth doula trained, mother of 4. I am an Empowerment, Embodiment & Holistic Breakthrough Coach, a Tapping Circle facilitator and regular workshop presenter on stress management at various campuses.

I honor and appreciate the internal and organically available wisdom of each clients’, whether they are consciously connected to it or not, in the moment.  I am grateful that information is now more widely available in helping understand the impact of stress in our body and our lives.  And that transmuting stress and long held suffering is not just a possibility, but that it can, at times, happen much faster than we think.  The body holds a tremendous amount of information, so asking the right questions greatly aids in the exploration of these often hidden issues.  From there, we hope to reach, release, and reorganize the underlying obstacles.  As a long time student in the healing and self-development field, it is my joy to share tools to reconnect and enhance collective wisdom and compassion.
